This company is huge. There should be zero reason this app has this many problems. I can’t even watch one video without having to keep pressing play over and over. And then it keeps telling me the video I keep watching isn’t available when it’s clearly very available. I was excited to watch a new show on there and it’s literally impossible. Get it together, really.
Bummer, No Episodes for OG Basketball Wives

Basketball Wives doesn’t have any episodes for any season on the app and it’s weird because even on YouTube, I would be able to find full episodes but they’ve scrubbed the internet of any full length episode of the show and the snippets they have on the Internet aren’t enough. So, that begs the question, where do I go to watch the show? Most people are primarily on streaming platforms, so what is the utility of stripping a whole show, of 8 seasons off the internet, and only leaving short clips?

... constantly pause after the ads!?! I’m in the midst of watching my first episode of a show on this app. I seriously don’t mind ads at all if I can watch something for free. I get it. But it never comes back from the ads. I have to keep hitting play. Fix this, please?

Every 1 minute there’s 20 commercials I got so frustrated I will not be watching anything on here and deleting the app I understand 3 commercials every 5 min but no this app make a hour show 3 hrs
App Needs to be debugged or something.

Love VH1 catalog, but the app is horrible. It constantly skips during shows and then it goes into repetitive skipping to the point you just have to give up on the app and watch something else. I’m grateful I get free access through my TV subscription because if I had to pay money for content I would immediately requested a refund. Shocking thing is the Ads don’t skip at ALL the play perfectly fine.

I pay for VH1 through my cable subscription, so why is a major corporation, arguably quite the monopoly, Comcast, not available as a sign in option to verify that I pay for this channel? And I’m. It in some small town either I’m in a major city! I pay for the channel so let me watch the content. It’s pretty simple. This app is a total waste of time.
