They don’t fix scooters

Mostly scooters doesn’t work, and i tried couple times to contact w them. Nobody didn’t respond me back!

My last 2 scooter trips both stopped working after several blocks. They are poorly maintained and the scooter shuts off with any weakened LTE connection. At this point I want my deposit refunded as they’ve been of zero use to me!

Great app. so easy to use. Simple as follow some steps, then scan, and ride. Once you ride the e bike you ll understand the price it’s a ride like no other.

It was super messed up and the acceleration was busted and would speed up when I let go of the accelerator.
Fun! But need to support multiple riders.

The bike didn’t lock even though I pushed it all the way down.... I had to walk from the restaurant up a hill to go re lock it....

I am not coordinated on anything with wheels at all but my husband encouraged me to try the scooter and it was so much fun!

First time using these scooters. Just rode around the park and played pogo. Good fun. Scooter worked just fine. App seemed easy to use.
