HOW VEORIDE WORKS
Step 1: Find the closest bike, e-bike or e-scooter.
Step 2: Scan to unlock! Scan the QR code or enter the bike’s or scooter’s ID number to unlock it. Enjoy your ride!
Step 3: Park in a designated parking zone, shown in the app, when done. To finish your ride and stop the fare, just push the button on the bike lock or hit the "end ride" button on the e-scooter. We do the rest!

My ride was good I really enjoy myself but during my right I was in a no rhizome I walked the scooter out of the no ride zone and still couldn’t ride it took away eight minutes of my time but I still enjoy myself

Battery was “fully charged” yet it died on my way to my destination,had to walk the scooter to a well lit location to close the ride,definitely disappointed in your machine

Of all the different scooters available in the Bay Area like Lime, Spin, Link, this is by far the worst and glitchiest app. It has frequent network/Bluetooth problems that doesn’t detect “end of rides” which conveniently means they take all of your money. I’ve personally had problems with it on three different occasions. After spending time out of my day to get refunds, writing this review will be the last minutes I spend with this app.
Deficiencies with App Design on Feedback

Under the History menu, the app shows your recent transactions and recent rides. When going into a recent ride, the data presented on the ride does not include the vehicle number. I want to report an issue with the vehicle on that specific past ride, but the history log doesn’t store this data. I therefore can’t report the issue with that scooter. Otherwise their service is great!

Although veo ride is fun and convenient depending on where you’re headed!!! The system overcharges. If you’re ride was $12 they will take $20 dollars from you and WILL NOT REFUND! I think it’s unprofessional to allow people’s account to basically overdraft without proper time management with the amount of money that was deposited into the veo ride in the first place, and to think it’s okay to charge another $10 after a person exceeds their ride with no permission while ride isn’t on auto deposit is wrong!!!!!

Scooters are great but this app has sent me the same notification and no ride zones every 30 minutes for the past day. CHILL! I GET IT!
Beware if you only want to ride it a couple times

Veo will deduct at least $10 from your credit card upon signing up without giving you any choice. I was on a trip to Los Angeles for a day trip and used their service once. Now I’m back to a city where there’s no Veo service. They refuse to refund the remaining funds in my account to my credit card. I basically lost it to nothing. That was an expensive $10 scooter ride and very poor customer service. Completely unreasonable.
This was the worst experience, ever.

There were multiple “no ride zones” along my ride. Then the bike stopped and would not let me end my ride. I had to bike 15 minutes the opposite way in order to end my ride. This was the worst experience, ever.
