If i could give 0 stars i would! On top of the thing not working and charging me $20 i called customer service and they basically aaid it was my fault! What a horrible company. Shame on you.

The company charges you even if you unlock a bike that is broken without signaling you. And there is no easy way to file a claim and get refund. Not a very honest business.

My ride was going well until I had to park it. There was absolutely no where to park, my ride should’ve have been around8-9 monutes when it took about 40 until I finally gave up and laid it down somewhere. I think it is absolutely ridiculous how they are still charging me my money for this. Do not recommend ever.

DO NOT GET THIS IN SANTA MONICA UNLESS YOU PLAN TO BIKE JUST A FEW BLOCKS IN SANTA MONICA. It is not worth getting if you plan to ride it in Santa Monica and Venice beach. The area you are allowed to ride is really small. Once you get into Venice beach, it is a “no bike lane zone” on Veo’s app which means, your bike will no longer let you ride and will lock. Once it locks, it’s almost impossible to push the bike back to the bike zone that is allowed. You will not get a refund on your ride and any additional funds you have on the app can not be transferred back to your credit card. But one good thing was their customer service person on the phone was nice and helpful. I recommend getting the city bikes called Metro Bikes, cheaper and no zone restrictions!
Worse than useless

App failed to recognize my location and wouldnt let me end my ride; ended up returning the scooter a block away from where i checked it out because that was the only place itd let me return, and even then only after standing around for ten minutes in the cold. Worse than useless, am going to request and get a full refund.

Watch out for geofences! I unknowingly rode a mile into one without being modified and wasted 20 minutes and a Lyft ride trying to get out!
