Horrible app - why expose payments in public? Wouldn’t use the app to pay if I had been aware of the public feed by default. Removing the app as soon as I receive confirmation that the payment went through.

For some reason it won’t let me transfer to my card. I talked to a representative on the chat because they’re phone lines were closed and he basically just told me the transfer is being declined and he couldn’t tell me why. It worked just fine a couple days ago and now there’s no way I can even use the money because it’s just in my “Venmo” account? Lol.. how is that useful?

I am paid for my personal training business sometimes through Venmo. They refuse to fix my account that has a lot of money on it but won’t allow me to deposit it or send it to a friend even so that they can give it to me to deposit it... even though I verified who I was for them on three different occasions with three different “customer service” agents and none of them could make it work. I was told on multiple occasions that someone would get back to me and they are still holding my money hostage. Tomorrow will make 5 days.
