It’s been an awful experience. It let me pay out money to my sister for a Christmas gift Christmas 2018. It has never worked since then. Keep getting errors saying account is locked. Awful responses from help service. I’ve never been disappointed more in a service when all I’m trying to do is pay others for their service. It’s awful.

Good luck if you don’t get what you pay for through the app, I unfortunately was tricked into false transaction and since I reported it, Venmo froze my account because they lost my funds to the credit card company I have it linked too.

After the newest update the Venmo app will not load on my phone. I’ve tried restarting but still the same issue. App doesn’t work. 1 star
