Please fix it. This app is crashing on iPhone 11 pro when we import a photo.

I am pro member from last 5 years for this application. But now from last 2 yers I got so many problems and I email to developers but I didn’t got any reply from them .. and now I can’t able to download my data from cloud and application crashes every time so I think I loose my money and data ..

How can I get my pictures from your website that uploaded to the cloud back to my phone showing all my pictures are gone after the app got deleted and I reloaded it to the telephone.
This is not the same version of this app that’s in android! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

THIS VAULTBIS NOT THE SAME AS THIS SAME EXACT APP THAT YOU CAN DOWNLOAD ON ANDROID. THE ONE ON ANDROID LETS YOU LOCK APPS THAT YOU DONT WANT ANYONE TO SNOOP THROUGH AMD THATS THEE ONLY REALY WHY I PURCHASED THE 1 YEAR IN FULL ONLY TO SEE THAT THIS FEATURE IS NOT EVEN ON THIS APP IF YOU AVE AN iPHONE!! Please refund my money or I will contact apple to get the refund

I love this app BUT I paid for premium and even my iCloud says I have until June until it automatically renews, the actual app tells me I’m not premium and that I need to buy premium. I need to reach someone that can help me with this. Please.
