Love this it does everything for exactly why I needed it for. ??????

Having trouble uploading photos. I have had the app for over a year with no issues. Now, once I select a photo to import, it begins like normal then quickly flashes off, kicking me out is the app. I deleted the app and reloaded, but still the same issue. No phone number or contact information to inquire.

I have been using this app for at least 2 to 5 years. I am not able to import photos. I upgraded to premium to see if it will work and it still does not work. When I click on the photo and hit import it kicks me out of the apps. There is no need to have an apps on my phone if it does not work. I have spent 2 hours trying to make this work and I have not been successful. Please help or refund my purchase.

I paid for premium and every time I try to add a picture, it closes out... I highly recommend KeepSafe. It’s so much better and way easier to organize. This is a total waste of money so please don’t buy!

I bought the premium and went to store photos and it just cuts out instantly. Waste of money and doesnt work

when i go to import photos the app crashes altogether, i see other users are having this problem as well. the app hasn’t been updated in about a year, now would be the perfect time i think

I bought a premium membership and have been using the app for about a year and recently when I try to import photos is crashes. I thought it was it the space on my phone but got a new phone with tons of space and it still crashes. Not very pleased as I have also tried to email the company to get resolution and have received no response.

Tried to contact the company by email with no response back with the problem I have paid for the year and it keep asking to renew.I don’t know what the problem

So I’ve been looking at all the reviews to see if I was the only person having this issue. Why is it that everyone that’s downloaded this app is having issues and the developers of NQ Vault are not answering for this issue. I guess they don’t care about anyone having issues and they don’t care about assisting anyone here. If I find a better app, I’ll be sure to put it here in the reviews so NQ Vault can see who they are loosing their customer too.
