No support from developers – Vault - Hide photos & videos Review

I am pro member from last 5 years for this application. But now from last 2 yers I got so many problems and I email to developers but I didn’t got any reply from them .. and now I can’t able to download my data from cloud and application crashes every time so I think I loose my money and data ..
