I have not been able to sign in to my premium account for a month now and I keep getting an error when I try to login. Why am I paying for a service that doesn’t work and there’s no way to get assistance?

App not working!!!!!App does not let you login says network error. Have emailed company several times with no response looks like I have lost all my photos.

Bought it and it will not long me at all. Each time says system error and I’ve reset my password numerous times only each time to not be allowed in the app. I couldn’t even get through to them to address the issue.

it was good at first but I guess the developers fell asleep at the wheel because the app crashed now and none of the features work and im paying for premium that’s the worst part. Absolutely useless now

Does anybody know how to contact consumer support!!!???? I got a new phone and when i downloaded the app again i cant get in to my account it keeps saying System Error!!! Same problem for 4 days Now

Need to fix bugs, can no longer import pictures, and can’t sign back in to retrieve the other pictures I had in. Will give 5 stars if fixed.
