The app keeps crashing even after the update...it’s weird and needs to be fixed.
Missing App feature

There is no deposit checks on the move money menu. On the “compare move money option” the instruction on how to deposit a check is there, also on your website; But obviously it is not showing in the main menu. Also I tried sending an email to your tech support but I haven’t received any response.

Opened an account, got my card and went to 7-11 to make a purchase of a sandwich & water. My account was closed within a few hours. When I contacted support they told me it was because they believe I did some “suspicious activity” since when is it suspicious to purchase a quick snack from a well known convenience store? Was it the water or the sandwich that waved a red flag? The rep made no effort to fix this so. Ok then thanks for wasting my time. ZERO stars. Incompetent. Shameful Customer Service. UPDATE: Just got an email from varo in response to this review as well as asking me if I’d like to kindly revise it for them. Yet again making me out to be a possible criminal for buying water and a sandwich at the 7-11!! Same exact response. Don’t ever contact me again soliciting and insulting me! You’re like a needy unwanted team of underachievers. Screw off. ?
