Why is it not working in IPhone new update pleas fix the problem quickly ?!!

I have to log into this app with something but I don't have any of these. I was expecting to be able to Sign up with an email but i don't think I could do that? Could you allow people to sign up with an email in a next update or sometime soon? Also I put three stars since I COULD see how this is a great app for some, but i myself just cant simply get logged in with it.

Videos not playing

I'm being slowly disappointed by the app. It was working well a few days ago but now when I am playing one of the videos, it says error 104. I know that I don't have any wifi problem and that the modem is working well. I have also tried to uninstall and then reinstall the app again but the situation is the same. I don't know what to do...please fix this problem or at least give me a solution on how to tackle this problem. Thank you if you consider this review.

I am using the iphone app on my ipad for convenience of watching and it was quite satisfying. However, after the iOS 11 update, the icon of iphone apps installed on my ipad went strange. It just looks as if the download is not finished, the icon with white background and gray grid lines. But while the icon of other apps like kakaotalk got fixed, v app still displays unrecognizable, confusing icon with those grids. Please fix this problem and also please consider developing ipad version of the app.

V Live deserves 5 stars because of what it’s for but how’s it’s executing is still not good enough for me. I’m still not gonna do anymore Ch+ subscriptions until I KNOW I’m not gonna have frozen choppy screens. I have amazing WiFi, when most can’t say, but it’s still stops and says “Please wait...” for 39 years. And it’s not even a live video ‼️ therefore, from one star to three but this pixelation problem needs to get fixed.
