Captions not loading

Everything seems fine and I can see stuff in Hd but the captions aren’t loading for the life of me. I have tried it on both iPhone and iPad but nothing seems to work. Please fix it

I really miss doing the Top 20 Projects it really gave you the motivation to be on the app more. It also gave us the opportunity to leave messages. PLEASE GIVE US THE TOP 20 VERSION BACK!!!!!

I would like to use the app but I don't want to sign in. If I were to sign in, it would be though a gmail option, but there isn't any.

I wanted to get this app to watch BTS but I noticed if you click on a video you have to log in to social media I personally don't have any so technically I can't do anything they should do something within the app that lets you watch and stuff like that
I don’t like the new comment section

So I love this app a lot and I watch a lot of videos there but with this new update where I can’t shut down the comments, each time I want to pause the video I accidentally press the comments then it’s too much annoying, plus it covers a lot of the screen, please add the feature to close the comments like the previous

Videos that use to be on a board are no longer visible on the app, but the links to the videos takes you straight to it so you know it’s still there. Why is it like that? I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I now only follow my favorite hoping that would help, but no. No matter what I try there not visible. What can I do to change this?
Why do w have to pay?

I enjoy this app very much, but I hate the fact that viewers have to pay for certain content. Viewers should be able to watch bonus content without having to pay actual money. It doesn’t seem fair to me.

The video keeps freezing on me. I’ve tried restarting my phone, which don’t seem to help and uninstall the app and install it again, but it’s still freezing. Please fix the problem.
