The old app was so good. This is a travesty. If I could give this zero stars I would. This isn't an app. This is a portal to a wonky website that is not intuitive and not at all optimized for mobile. You can't even see which payee you have selected as you are selecting the amount to pay. I won't use this app as I have zero confidence it will work. Whomever decided it was better to launch this thing on time in this state than admit to your customers that you needed to delay implementation, should be fired. You missed a golden opportunity to tell your customers you valued their user experience more than your own pride in being on time.
It gets the job done.

The app does everything I ask of it. Mobile deposit works fine and I can transfer when needed.

I am a long time credit union customer who has used this app for years. I’m not sure what is going on, but for some reason, the app no longer allows you to scroll down. I can’t see any farther down in my account then the screen when it opens, and the only way I can do a mobile transfer is to make sure to X out the message at the top so that the very top of the submit button will appear on the screen and then, if I angle it just right, I can hit submit. This is absolutely ridiculous.

What would you expect? This bank canceled my credit card... But we never canceled it. How exactly does that happen? I hate the USA credit UNION... Same goes for this app. Works for checking your balance (Usually) and transferring funds from checking to savings and vice versa... Usually. Sub par app.and hasn't been updated in over a year. What does that tell you?

Some people are saying the app is "too simple". I'm not sure what kind of banking THEY do, but for me, it gives me quick access to my accounts and fast transfers are now even easier. Banking in minutes... I'm pretty sure that was the point, and I works!
