Annoying, login credentials never work. Shabby app

Forgot my password always denies my requests. My login credentials work on my desktop but not here. One reason "big banks" are better...better apps.

This app has been great up until a week ago. When I put my credentials into the app it buffers continuously. Please fix!
Can no longer log in

App has always been great, have been using it for years. Within the last couple weeks it won't login, just sits there with the little wheel spinning. Needs fixed.

I have been a uva customer for over 20 years I complained that the app isn’t working properly to have an employee ask me again how can I help you. Really read my messages you APP isn’t working properly you can’t scroll down to pay bills. Unacceptable it needs to be fixed if you want me to stay with the bank.
