It won't let me login. Then I got locked out if the system. The app used to work Before it got changed.

Extremely frustrating since the new app launch. There seems to always be some issue that renders the app useless.

The old version of this app was far superior to the new one. I was trying to complete a transfer today and it accidentally swiped to a new nondescript screen and froze there. I had to start over after closing the app without knowing if the transaction was completed. Terrible design. Please bring back the older, simpler version.

I just want to take a minute to address the negative reviews previously stated regarding this app. I have been a customer with UVA for many moons now. I have seen their mobile banking app grow from a functionless infant to a full grown, balance checking, remote depositing, bill paying bad***! The previous comments weren't without cause but what ignore the fact that app oft undergo some hiccups immediately following a major update release. Fear not fellow mobile bankers; the night is darkest before the dawn! The app works fantastically and the new feature updates have turned a humble old man as myself into the mobile banking POWERuser I always dreamed of being.

A horrible update. Impossible to use. Everything is crammed on screen. It is a convoluted mess. Who ever wrote this should be fired! Do not upgrade if you have the old version!!!!!

Slow, clunky, and hilariously pixelated and blown up on my iPhone 6 Plus. This app looks awful and almost every interaction is laggy and consists of really bizarre and poorly thought out UI decisions.
