Can’t use without a debit card.

I entered my credit card info repeatedly and all it does is ask for a pin. This is a useless app unless you have a debit card.
Group pass?

It’s ridiculous that you can’t buy a group pass on this app, especially when that’s the cheapest option, even for 2 people.

First time in SLC ... great system but need better guidance for visitors running up and down the canyons. Need better app for using Apple iOS wallet.

I love this app. I use it every day for my commute. It’s a simple and mostly painless app to use. There’s a few features that could be implemented to help this app be even better. The ability to save frequently purchased tickets would be nice. That way, selecting which tickets you need could be faster/easier. Also, integrate a trip planner or at least a schedule and an alert for delays would be awesome. An ultimate level feature would be the ability to see the location of UTA vehicles on a map so you know how close they are. I know some of these are available via other apps and sites but having them all in one place would be fantastic.
Limitations are frustrating...

This is nothing more than a way to purchase tickets and even that is sub-par. With today’s technology, why do I have to save a credit card number to your system? Why can’t I just use Apple Pay to pay for a ticket? Why can’t I get up-to-date, real-time schedules in the app? Why do I still have to go to the website and Twitter for info? I hate Twitter and don’t want it on my phone... yet I’m forced to use it if I want info on your scheduling delays. Get it together UTA! Utah deserves better for as much money as we funnel to you guys!
