I don’t like this service

I don’t like UTA service. It’s one of the the worst public transportation I’ve have ever seen: on the reader of the bus you can’t see the balance of your card. The bus stops has no shelter and neither seats . when you use quadcore reader it informs you about bus schedules that don't exist!! People that work for you hardly know how to give an information

Aside from being able to buy tickets from your phone, this app is pretty useless. I was hoping it would provide schedules and real-time train information. Instead, the app just sends you to Google or their crappy trip planner on the UTA site. Which don’t help because the trains are always late anyway...good luck!
Not very user friendly

App doesn’t label options to navigate easily for new users. Took longer than expected to figure out how to get to purchase different options of bus and then to find the front runner options..

Great app, really convenient, except the lack of Apple Pay. It’s 2019... how have you not included Apple Pay as an option?!
