Another Poor App From UTA

Sicksfoot

The only thing that works is the ability to buy a trax ticket. You can’t buy Frontrunner tickets and there is no integration for Farepay. Very poor design.

Totally worthless

vikodlak

I live right next to a Frontrunner station, no matter where I put the “end” route, even in downtown SLC where I know there is another station, it says “no routes found”. Maybe instead of spending tax dollars on TV commercials advertising this app they should spend the money on developing an app that actually works.

Doesn’t work

Aggrdvjtsxbjgdvkydvbinfd

I tried planning a trip from Murray, Utah to temple square SLC, Utah and it said there were no routes found. Even though I clicked on the Murray Central Trax station for starting location and temple square trax station for the ending location. When I refreshed he screen the app updated to my starting location in Tennessee and said no routes found. What? I just want to travel on trax and stay in Utah.

No Frontrunner Option

Gramps1565

The app doesn’t allow me to purchase a Frontrunner ticket. I can plan a trip with Frontrunner included but the fare is incorrect.

Useless APP

Mikey801

What a waste of time... this App does nothing unless you are planning to ride a bus for your trip. Huge disappointment here. Come on UTA, GET IN THE 21st CENTURY!!!

Not working

BluePearlUtah

Just downloaded it and it’s not working. It says I’m not connected to the internet and in airplane mode but I am.

Needs Work

Things to fix: - whenever you type an address in and the do anything with the map — pinch to zoom, move with finger, etc — the end address changes. - took forever to recommend addresses when typing.

Why can’t I buy frontrunner tickets?

Daarongonzalez

This needs to be a priority ASAP!! The problem this app should solve is having to rush and buy a ticket at a kiosk as your train is leaving! I don’t know if it’s an issue with pricing regarding the premium services, but not being about to buy Frontrunner tickets in advance really cuts the value and function of this app.

Why aren’t train schedules available in app?

Roy Laughter

This seems like a simple addition that would make the app WAY more valuable. Or, are the schedules there and I can’t find them?

Integrate with Apple’s Wallet

xektor17

This app falls short on almost every one of my expectations. I’m a monthly pass user and the lack of Apple Wallet integration kills it for me. Instead of being able to quickly access my pass, I am required to open up the app to see my ticket. This wouldn’t be so bad if the app itself wasn’t so slow and clunky. Also, some drivers look at me weird when I show them the ticket on my phone and I find that they can more quickly recognize and “validate” the paper tickets than they do the electronic ones. But again, the Wallet app integration is a must-have feature and should be a priority for the development team. Until then, I’m uninstalling this app and I’m going back to the paper passes.
