I thought this would give me the daily readings, but apparently it is an event app. It is of zero value.

What exactly is this APP supposed to do? Show me a floor plan of a Hyatt Hotel and a quick bio of some of the overpaid staff at the USCCB? Is this the best you can come up with? Don't waste your time with this one.

This app seems to be for internal administrative use for members and staff of the USCCB, not a link to the USCCB website or an app for any of it's resources like the daily readings.

Outreach through Modern Day Media

It would be a great app if it provided media updates for the general public (in the way all major newspapers do). I'm sure the app as it stands is handy for a few people, and that's great. But what about an app that makes the voice of the Church's leadership more accessible through modern day media tools? How can there not be an app available these days? Subscriptions to emails and RSS feeds are a little passé for mobile users.

I would install this in a heartbeat if it had Daily Readings, Prayer & Worship, and all the other UCCB web page tools that are available to the public.

Why not make this public? In fact, why not create additional apps that access USCCB documents, daily readings, prayers from the Missal, etc.?

Why the need of a PIN?

I was very excited when I found the USCCB app, thinking it would link me to the fabulous material on the web site. Boy, was I disappointed! Why is there a need for a PIN. Also, why only for Iphone, why not ipad, and public?

If a PIN number is needed, then where can I find this? Podcast is ok but I would like to atleast read along to what's being read to me.
