Outreach through Modern Day Media – USCCB (The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops) Mobile Event Application Review

It would be a great app if it provided media updates for the general public (in the way all major newspapers do). I'm sure the app as it stands is handy for a few people, and that's great. But what about an app that makes the voice of the Church's leadership more accessible through modern day media tools? How can there not be an app available these days? Subscriptions to emails and RSS feeds are a little passé for mobile users.
