Way behind technologically

Mobile check deposit is basically worthless. Not sure why they haven’t done something about it these last 3 years. Many dead-ends in the app. Out dated info, and a joke of a help section that’s like shaking an 8 ball then asking a question. Like the bank, hate the app. Makes me want to look elsewhere.

I can edit all my billers on the app. I don’t really need to log into the full site for anything! And... if I needed to log into it I can find it easily!

I use an iPhone 6S Plus & haven't had issues some others reported. I haven't physically gone to a bank branch in the last 4 months! Excellent app & not a single problem in the 2 plus years I’ve been using it. Additionally, with the addition of Zelle, I haven't been writing any checks! Great app!

App crashing

When attempting to use Touch ID (turning it on when the app opens)or logging in and going to preferences to turn it on manually, the app crashes.

The app went from good to crappy to meh to better to mildly useable to good again. I have been with them for years and am glad the app improved again. Because of what I’m sure were security concerns about 3 years ago the app took a huge step backwards in terms of useability and features and capability. It has incrementally improved and has finally surpassed where it was 3 years ago. Guess they figured out that secure is useless if no one can use it. Thank you for putting functionality back!

How annoying is this? Every time you check you balance online, there is a pop-up. Either Zelle, Rate our app, or ApplePay. And there is no way to turn those annoying things off!

App is very nice, can login super fast with Touch ID and I can deposit checks with their mobile check thing. 9.99/10 would recommend. Would give 10/10 if you could change the theme tho, I hate blue.
