Got so sick of pop up’s asking to rate our app I just gave in. Ya it works well not a life changer for crying out loud. Have a great day. I rated 3 stars and app wont accept any nick names lets see if I go up a star or two
Really good app

I like the app quite a bit. Two things that would be nice to see: 1. Show the total of all scheduled payments under the “Manage Scheduled Payments”; and, 2. Show scheduled payments to US Bank accounts (i.e., credit cards) under the same place as all other scheduled payments.
Bill pay not working in app

Trying to pay bills through the app and the “ next” button isn’t working to go forward with the payment. I’ve tried reloading the app numerous times to no avail. Any help would be great. Once this is fixed, five stars.

Never had an issue with this app. Whether I need to transfer money, deposit a check, and check a balance the app is great!
Excellent App but doesnt work on T-Mobile LTE

The app is very good and have excellent features. Easy to use. However, it doesnt work on T-Mobile’s LTE and requires Wifi while my other two bank apps work absolutely fine. Probably its resource hungry as it says that I’m not connected to internet when on LTE. Maybe they need to test the app on T-Mobile LTE and see why the app doesnt work on it unlike other banks’.

I’ve been using this app for about 6 years now and it’s always been so easy to use. I like the security questions that pop up and it makes me feel like I don’t need to worry about my bank account info being in my phone. Always a pleasure to work with U.S. Bank in person, over the phone, or through this app!

The tool is rather easy to use, however, there are limits as to the number of mobile deposits and the amount of deposits.

It use to be more easily navigated. I’m not sure how easy it is for the beginner now compared to previous versions but all of the functions are there. After getting use to it it works good.
