I love the app it's easy to use and all but it takes too long to work without wifi. I have to wait a good 5 minutes for the log in screen to show. That is my only complaint, otherwise I love this app!!!
Frequently get “error message”

When working, this is a 5/5 Star app. However, I am very frequently unable to access it getting error screens, “problem on our end” sometimes for days. This is such a frequent and large inconvenience that I docked a full 3 stars from the review. Has been going on for quite a few months. If things improve, I will update review.
Lousy fees, good app

The App works pretty well and is easy to navigate. They used to make the business credit line fluid with just an annual percentage rate against the amount owed. Now they have a per overdraft fee. It’s really silly and requires moving funds around in a shell-game waste of time. I know the fees are low, but lines of credit are supposed to be easy access to capital. This just is a waste of my time and, when I’m too busy, my money.

I just got a new iPhone 8 Plus and this app keeps freezing. But after deleting and downloading about 3 times it works perfect

I love this Transaction feature!!! Saves me an enormous amount of time balancing my checks, ATM withdrawals etc!!! Please continue this feature!!! Other Banking Institutions should take a lesson from US Bank!!! Awesome!!! Thanks so much for saving me time!!!! ???

I have been with U S Bank for 30 years. When I married, I chose USBank for the long haul. We have always been served well anywhere we go by this institution/business. We have tried Well Fargo and Chase to open lessor accounts but close them after having to deal with quirky things. We do not have time for quirky stuff!!! We are loyal customers because we are always treated well. When minor issues occur, it’s always solved immediately. Most importantly to us is prevention of fraudulent charges: these are handled immediately and with quick response and resolved in our favor. We love banking with US Bank!
The app is not constant
App Freezes up.
The app freezes up 75 percent of the time on checks cleared. When the phone is restarted, the app is fully functional. Other bank apps do not freeze up.
