My messages tend to be a bit delay. I love most of the functions but this causes issues when I can’t respond to job requests or clients while on the move.

Have been trying to loan messages since morning and it keeps saying connecting, everything keeps saying the same thing, it never works, better not have the app!! I am having to login to the website! Very incompetent!! I would give it negative stars if I could!!

Very convenient and easy to use. My only criticism is that I think the Upwork folks should make more of an effort at screening and vetting job postings. When I see a posting offering $80 to someone to write a full length novel, I think such a ludicrous offer tends to diminish the credibility of the site. Otherwise, the app provides an excellent service.

I can't write too much about Upwork as a site - and that's not really the purpose of these reviews anyway (and I'm just starting as one of their freelancers) - but the app seems stable and dependable. Let's see if it brings me work! UPDATE 11 MONTHS LATER: Upwork has become an excellent resource for my freelance career - I'm "Top Rated" on the site, and my Upwork writing business is still growing. Part of my success is related to the usefulness of the app- very satisfied!

Searching for work is easy, but it would be nice to be able to see my proposals on the app, vs a desktop. Other than that, it’s great.
Not for clients - only for freelancers!
