The app is great but it really could offer more user options. For example, I attempted to use the app to use the “get paid” option that is on the desktop site, however it was unavailable. I had to log on to the desktop site via my mobile phone’s internet search engine and navigate the getting paid option that way. It was a lot of hoops to jump through and made my question why I even bother with the app, since I can log into the site via Safari on my phone and thus have more options available. Other than that, the app is user friendly and I like receiving notifications.

I’ve been using this app for a while and is great. Has some limitations compared to desktop features but still very useful when I’m away from the computer.

It would be good to get the desktop filter features like filter by budget and payment verified. Also be able to transfer money from the app. I’ve gotten jobs off this service and love this app. Just wish more filter features will come soon. Great job Upwork on your service!

App functions well, but not independently of site

The app itself works seamlessly, but for whatever reason they require you to go to the desktop site to perform a number of critical functions. Considering the clientele, it doesn’t make sense to me that I can’t effectively conduct business from my phone when the required actions are time-sensitive.

I love upwork but I would like to eventually be able to do everything on my phone (editing profile, getting access to my funds,etc.) instead of doing it on my laptop. Other than that everything works fantastic! Great app and easy system! The support team gets back to you in a reasonable fashion.
