I’ve been using this app for about 6 months and it was working perfectly but i recent added my Apple credit card and every time I tried using it at different places I did not get my rewards from upside

The gas station nearest my house always has a couple cents off a gallon. I’d be buying gas there anyway so might as well get a little back.

There is no longer any local gas stations that are participating with this program. Everyone is like 30-45 minutes away.

There have been a couple of instances where there is an offer showing at a particular restaurant or gas station and when I go to claim the offer then make the purchase, I don’t receive cash back. Also, I recently claimed an offer on one day but then the app says I didn’t claim the offer until the next day once the offer was expired. App may not be working well.

This app is easy to set up, easy to search for gas on, easy to use at the gas station and easy to cash out savings into your bank account. We pair it with our gas buddy app to see if get upside can beat the lowest regular gas price offered in the area we searched on gas buddy. Often we can. I just cashed out $55 with a click to send it to an electronic Amazon gift card! I live it northern MI and very few restaurants are in get upside and none really close so I can’t say how that works.

They use the app to track your usage and whatever other data they can collect. I’ve have attempted to cash out twice. The first time was a Starbucks e-card that was a pain to use. And the second time was a Panera e-card that I never received. And the customer service is a joke and impossible to reach. Don’t download this. It’s a waste of time and space on your phone!!

This is a good company and a good app. I started using it about two years ago. I really enjoyed the savings and the earned cash. I accumulated about 80.00. Then all of a sudden the money disappeared from the app. I could not cash out. Tried to do some research. The 80.00 shows up under my account, but I cannot reach it. So I stopped using the app altogether. If someone can help me get my money I will be glad to begin using again.
