The app will not let me verify my email to get my cash out and I can’t find any customer service to request help. Very poor. Let me know how I’m supposed to verify my email it’s an endless loop back to the app.
Grocery cash back usually has issues

In my area only one grocery store is available on get upside. They offer substantial cash back ( 15-22% up to $20). I’ve tried to use get upside 6 different times with valid receipts… followed instructions to a T and 4/6 times there have been issues found (supposedly) and I haven’t received any cash back. I even resubmit the receipts as requested. Very suspicious. Have had no problems with gas cash back.

I’ve been waiting for my money and this app doesn’t work. Then when you try to contact them there isn’t a way. My purchases have been pending for a while and they said it could take two to four days and after 10 days it’ll just drop off and you can’t get anything back. Then it says it could take up to 10 days. It’s a scam. You don’t get anything back. I would recommend not wasting your time and just download the shell app if you want to save money on gas. I was just trying to save some money, and this app is a total waste of time. I’ll change my review if I ever get my money. But I doubt I will. Thanks for wasting my time

I give this app one star i have multiple claims and they never give me my money for it after claiming and using the card attached to their app. Get in contact with support they give the run around. I don’t like apps who finesse people out of their money. It doesn’t tell me to show proof of receipt so what’s the point of claiming and using the card if you guys are not going to give me my money… this app is terrible
