Once again, my documents won’t load, all if their titles are erased and my backups won’t load. So disappointed with this app. I’ve lost over 1,000 documents with this issue. 5 years of work Bc this app continues to glitch.

this app is a pure trash. when I upgraded this trash app,all the documents I had made lost the file names and all the folders went mess. I can’t revise the file names and move the file to any folders. Are the Koreans doing their jobs like this? This Korean made app is like their former President Park Keumn hae.

I’m very happy to see you updating...I have LOVED this app. Just tried to use it to annotate a form and the “Open In...” shortcut isn’t working. None of my other apps will let me fill this in with my pencil & email it to the next recipient...but right now, UPAD just opens & looks at me. No doc opens. Fingers crossed these updates will resolve this (new to me) issue, too. Thanks for your efforts!

I’ve been using this app since 2011. I have well over 600 files, with sub folder structures as well. Over the past 3 weeks, the app no longer allowed me to move new files to a new folder. The app just crashed! I reached out to the developer and heard nothing until the third email and me saying that I would be filing a complaint with Apple. After a brief email response from the developer saying that they had fixed the issue and that I should upgrade to the next version to see if that resolves the problem. I did that to no avail … I now can’t even open and save a file and have not heard back from the developer after 2 more emails… NOT HAPPY WITH THE DEVELOPER RESPONSE. I’m currently going to run this up the Apple flagpole to get my issue resolved! At this point, I wouldn’t recommend the app unless the developer fixes my issues. I went from 5star rating to 1star and less if I could!

Look, i love Upad id say is definitely better than other note apps, now I started to study the Bible in Pdf format thru upad and write in the margines what Ive learned from the scriptures i read, but i just los my Bible where i had all my notes. I don't know what happened sometimes I see it and i go to press on it, poof is gone, it disappears. Is there anything you guys can do to prevent this from happening again and get me my Bible back please!!!! Thank you il go up to a 5 star if gets fixed.

I’ve used UPAD for many years, unfortunately on the latest Apple update the app now opens and then immediately crashes. Hopefully PockeySoft will release a minor update soon to restore the app functionality. However, with no way to contact them I don’t see that happening soon. It’s a shame because I’ve really enjoyed this app for the notes and calendar functions.

I like using this App, but several of the prompts are not in English. Update March 4: Program crashes on open. On Re-install program crashes after trying to sync documents from iCloud. I must loose my old documents on all machines in order to get program to work. Updated April 15: Removed all file from iCloud. Still crashes when I cloud turned off.
