New version ink messed up

Strange balls on the end of the stroke in the new version and ink doesn’t look great.
Still Unstable and Lacks Customer Support

New to UPAD and amazed at what it does when it works. This constantly crashes and I’m still waiting for a support response from over 1 week ago. It would be great to backup to Dropbox. Im going to give it 1 more week before I request a refund from Apple and look for something else. UPDATE: App still crashes. Would you please give more detail in your version history so that users know what is being fixed? When will you address the bug that causes the app to crash or close out after a few minutes of use? This has been most folks concerns for a while. Please make detailed note of the resolution in version history. Why is your website, YouTube?
Issues with iCloud syncing

Have loved the app for many years. Just recently turned on iCloud and experiencing some instability with the app. When looking at the All Folders view files are moving around and the file count is changing. Issue began after I backed-up my files and then tried to sync via the app across devices. Still a big believer of the app and hope these bugs will be resolved with next updates

I love love love this app, but the bugs and app crashes have drastically increased over the last year. Also, please move the buttons at the bottom of the screen to the top. It’s far too easy to click them with my wrist when writing. Great app just needs a few tweaks. By far my favorite pencil app in the store.
Frustrated again now photos don’t work

Now I can’t insert photos at all which makes this unusable. Time to switch. Such a shame because before they abandoned this product it was cutting edge and great. Old frustrated review I was asked to review again, so.... It didn't convert all old files so they're usable. It's less intuitive. I insert pictures into documents and they can't be seen when reopening. So frustrating. I don't see much that's better. But still works for straight writing, although it's always in a mode where I can't just add to the document. I've learned, but didn't have these problems before. If I could, I'd go back to earlier version.
Don’t use iCloud!

I made the mistake of turning on iCloud and now it takes forever to download my documents from iCloud (still downloading an hour later) and when I turned off iCloud it’s now taken a further hour to copy data from iCloud to the device and still sitting on 0%!

I like using this App, but several of the prompts are not in English, which would be ok if I knew the language, but I alas I don’t. Update March 4: Program crashes on open. On Re-install program crashes after trying to sync documents from iCloud. I must loose my old documents on all machines in order to get program to work.
