I paid $7 for the elite plan and I am unable to see followers or the sentiment, which are both “elite”. Furthermore, you are only able to upload into a square. I like how Flickr makes the entire photo visible even in grid preview.

Can’t Log In

Hey guys, I downloaded the app yesterday and it was great. Today it wasn’t able to pick up my IG profile/page and didn’t show me any of the analytics. I tried logging off, but now it won’t let me log back on. It gives me an error message. I tried deleting the app and downloading it back a couple of times to no avail. I wasn’t able to find an email or contact page for support, and so I’m leaving it here as a review. Thanks!

Loved it until it totally stopped loading things one day? Out of nowhere? And then I couldn’t see any of the photos that were on my Instagram to plan

I LOVE and live for this app. I actually don’t post a lot on IG without it!! BUT the last couple of weeks have been a nightmare. I don’t know what’s going on (& I’m fully updated) but the darn app will not work. It’s been a great inconvenience and it really spoils my entire experience which is bad bc I’ve only had good things to say until now. Place fix your app!!!!!

the elite plan is nice to be able to track followers, but the sentiment section crashes when I start scrolling through it. Also really frustrating to only have a certain number of grids even though I do pay for a “full” version of the app?? Other than that, it’s really easy to see the layout before posting and which hashtags work and interaction with posts.

Worked great for a long time but doesn’t work anymore and I lost all my stuff. It wouldn’t load my feed and then when I logged out it won’t let me log in and gives me an error message :( super bummed and switching to another planning app now.

I use the app for planning out my feed and it is extremely useful for that. However, you definitely can live with out the follower tracker and sentiment card. Neither of which give you an explanation or feedback on what the values mean. Stick with the free plan ☺️

Sentiments causes crash
