Everything got deleted?

Everything was going fine; I had been using this app for around a year and a half. But today, I just opened it and all of my data and pictures that were on the app was gone. All of said pictures are still on my Instagram, but not on the app. I logged off and re-logged in on the app (UNUM) but it was still empty. Now I’m re-uploading my photos from camera roll onto the app but is there any way to recover my data? The app was very helpful, I would just like to know what happened and if I can get my information back. Has this happened to anyone else?

This app does not allow you to rearrange your pictures. I can't click on my pictures and the drag and drop doesn't work, but I can move around the empty squares.?Way too many bugs!??

for some reason the unum app will not save changes made to edited pictures in the app. if i upload a picture to unum and then go into the editing process ...for example if i try to crop the picture and then select DONE to bring my newly cropped photo to my grid , it returns me to my grid with the ORIGINAL unedited picture. i tried to delete and redownload the app it’s the same problem . i love unum this app is amazing for organizing my posts and giving my page the desired aesthetics so i really hope and praaaaaaay this gets fixed soon love love looooove unum

I love it but recently I will crop or edit lighting etc and when I click done nothing saves!! Edit: thank you!!

heyy if you’re looking for an app to organize your feed, i would suggest you use UNUM because it saved my life and my instagram feed (@clair.pmntl) ❤️

Edit;; they fixed the photo editing bug!! Thank you!! Still having issues with reminders, but that’s not as important to me. Love this app, again! Used to be great (other than reminders not working), but the update broke the photo editing tool and now I can edit photos, but they won’t save any changes I make. Very irritating and kind of makes the app useless for me. Please fix this! ??
