As a photographer, I look for small ways to streamline my workflow. The isntagram uploader is awful, clunky, and a bit frustrating at times. Being able to “step back” and see the way my upcoming posts are going to mesh/clash with my existing posts is absolutely phenomenal.. however! I cannot navigate the tool bar (after selecting a photo) to add a caption. I don’t know if others are having a similar issue, but it’s quite frustrating. I hope y’all can fix this glitch, as the rest of your app is fantastic.

May 24th, 2018. Been using the app for a little more than a month without any problem until yesterday. The app doesn’t synchronize the new pictures I upload to my instagram account. I’ll be using another app while this one gets fixed. Other than that, I highly recommend this app. :)

I tried all the Instagram planning apps, and this was was the one I did not delete. Amazing app. Really thought of everything. Almost everything. Two things that would make this app perfect: 1) The ability to uncrop a portrait (or landscape) photo in-app so that I don’t have to add the white borders in another app. And 2) A non-subscription payment model. I wish it was a one time purchase.

Every time I upload a picture to Instagram it double it in the app. There is still so many bugs that need to be improved.

as soon as I signed in under my account my Instagram was hacked. This is a scam and they don’t protect their users

Fails to retrieve IG video posts - what's the use of this "design" app then?

App has recently stopped retrieving some IG video posts, seemingly at random. Other vids continue to be displayed. The inability to pull through one's entire feed really defeats the main purpose of the app in the first place, which is to help users plan and design their IG feed. The issue was duly reported, with no response at all from the support team. Two attempts at uninstalling and reinstalling the app have not resolved the issue either.

Ummm, $4.99 for 36 grids total?

I was under the impression I’d get 36 grids every month, upon subscription. Why won’t it let me add new grids? Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

It won’t let me log on to my ig account through UNUM. Somethings wrong. Keeps saying make sure you have internet before logging in or it says make sure your account is valid. First time ever having problems with this app. Long time user. Love this app! Please fix

Out of all functions not to include, why isn’t there a way to delete extra blank grids?? So annoying.

iPhone X compatibility

I love this app, however I just got the iPhone X and now have a problem moving the menu bar at the bottom of the screen. When trying to move the menu bar at the bottom, the motion is similar to the gesture used to switch through different apps on the phone and this is very frustrating. Please fix this!
