A new "spin" on tower defense games. You place satellites in orbit around your base. The approaching enemy UFO's follow a misty green flight path. Rotate your satellite orbits to intercept the alien ships and blow them to pieces because the flight path changes between waves. Sometimes multiple paths appear simultaneously. Some satellites earn money, some earn research points, some repair other satellites. Completing a mission earns you badges. There are different badges for research, money, population, and keeping satellites alive. If you're a fan of campy 1950's science fiction shows you'll love the black and white newsreel-style cut scenes, complete with projector noises, announcer voices and subtitles. They even show rockets shakily suspended by strings with sparklers as engines, just brilliant!
Very poor gameplay balance

The gameplay balance between one mission and the next varies wildly. Almost impossible to tell enemies apart, or what abilities the enemy is employing. The money satellite is simply bad game design. This game was a good idea, but badly implemented. Found this game to be more frustrating than fun.

I have yet to make it to actual gameplay on my ipad before the game crashes. Might be a fun game, but I'll never know unless they fix the stability issues.

Sounds and looks like a lot of fun. I wouldn't know because after dozens of tries it has never worked. Not once. Crashes very time before I can actually play the game. Would sure like my money back to spend on a game that actually works.
