More stars if the game ever loads long enough for me to play it. Most crashes come right after the intro cinematic to the first mission.

I like the TD genre but not most of the games. I have sentinel 3, kingdom rush, and just got iBomber pacific. I figured that was enough tower defense games for me until I stumbled across this one, and...IT IS COOL!
Great retro sci-fi tower defense

Fun sci-fi tower defense game with a look back to the Flash Gordon and Buck Rodgers serials. It works great on the "new iPad" (3), but it might need more juice than the first iPad can provide, judging from other reviews. The orbits are a nice touch, helps make the tower defense style more engaging.

This game does a great job of both game-play and setting the mood with whacky B&W video and 1950s scifi feel.

It can be a bit hard even on easy, but it's definitely a very unique take on tower defense games and well worth the price.

Fun space twist on the tower defense genre. The serialized footage in between the levels is the real star of the show, though. A fun diversion.
