This app is ok, but it uses words that make no sense and aren’t in any dictionary. It includes words like “ups” defined as the plural form of up, and in example sentences only uses the word up. It has “doh” with no definition, and “dohs” the plural of doh. I also don’t like the order the words are placed when they are found, no rhyme or reason. Going to have to find a new anagram game to play

I enjoy the game, but they need to format it better. Many of the words are not visible on the screen. I’ve tried the game on different size screens, and the problem is the same.

Initially addictive, ultimately disappointing

This game is the only one of its kind that was appealing to me in layout and options, so I took to it really quickly, but the fact that so many actual words aren’t included in the game dictionary (like tassel and peck) is frustrating. Also, the inability to give up and see remaining words in puzzle mode makes that version too time consuming to actually play. And I agree that the lack of any discernible (like alphabetical) order in the correctly guessed words is another flaw.

I agree with a former review. The guessed words should be in alphabetical order beginning with three letter words first then four and so on. Could not continue playing. Removed app from my iPhone X.

Fun but issues

One of my favorite word games but agree with reviewers that words should be alpha and return to same position after making a word. I’ve also recently had runtime errors at the end of puzzle mode that forces me to close the app and go back in.

Religious developer? Fun enough...but infuriating

I love anagrams. Played the game a lot when I downloaded it. But consistently frustrated that simple words are “not in the dictionary” (they are). My best guess is the developer is Christian, and thinks some words should be included in the game. That was fine enough... I guess, until I just tried to enter the word “sex” and it wasn’t found in the dictionary. Oh please! Deleting this game immediately.

Needs a quit button

I love playing this game but sometimes I have run out of ideas before the time is up. I would really like a button like quit so I can see all the words I missed but still end the round.

What a great game! The only downside of this game is • The words that you find should be listed in alphabetical order. That way you can review them more quickly to see what words you have and what words you don’t have. But otherwise, I really enjoy playing this game.

I've been searching for a good replacement for Word Warp X (extreme version), and thought at first this might be the best alternative except for two issues: 1) Major issue: There is no way to close the app while playing an untimed game and have the app pick up in the same game where I left off! A MAJOR usability flaw -- rarely do I ever complete such a game in one sitting/session. I can't always leave apps running in the background as that tends to drain the battery more quickly. I thought at first that pausing a game would allow me to come back to the same game and resume it, but that's not what happened, so that option is counterintuitive. I personally couldn't care less how long it takes me to play the game; what I do care about -- a LOT -- is being able to finish a game I started. I don't need a timer at all. 2) Minor issue: The words found so far do not appear in alphabetical order; this can increase the challenge of the game, but it would be nice to have a toggle option to make alphabetical order available.

Puzzle mode is frustrating

I want to be able to see the words I couldn’t figure out when I am in puzzle mode. I like how you can see them in classic. Overall fun game. My 9 year old even loves it. But it needs a little more work, in regard to what I mention above, as well as others’ comments in their reviews. I’d gladly pay for this game if there were these improvements/updates. Peace.
