terrible UI

I got this app because it looked like it had lots of features but the UI is terrible. The app is unusable, waste of money until they fix this.

I found this app to be unintuitive and the rendering of the strokes to be choppy. Notability is a far better app with much cleaner rendering, auto movement of zoom area, more intuitive, and better note organization.

When you order their discounted stylus, be ready to be disappointed. I ordered mine on Dec. 17 and after emails and phone calls have not even received a response. The app seems to work well but a stylus is necessary for handwriting. Their offer sounds genuine - but . . . .

Overall, I'm very pleased. The more I use it, the better I am with it. It does occasionally freeze up, but closing and restarting the app solves the problem. It appears that handwritten/hand drawn things are all on one layer, essentially a single object. Uploads to Evernote are image only, so you can't bring something back from Evernote and edit it. (other than drawing on top of it) I use it for note-taking, usually writing by hand, with drawing arrows, brackets, doodles, just like I would with paper. I also use it for a daily diary/to-do list.

Everything you want and need. A steep learning curve, but loaded with features. Handwriting recognition; great option and works VERY well. Be patient and this app will deliver; love the infinite size note page. Give this app more time and you will be quite happy; many export and import features, as well.

I got this app because of its stated OCR capabilities. When I outlined the text I wanted to convert, the pressed the ocr button, absolutely nothing happened. So I thought I would send the possibly converted document by email (you can do this right from the app) so I could see if the text was now editable. I received the email, but there was no document attached! I deleted the app a half hour after I got it.

This suppose to be fun but instead it's just difficult to use. Erased 10 minutes after I downloaded.
