This is my first review I have ever written for an app and let me tell you, this app is pure garbage. No words can describe how frustrating it is to use. I have gone through hoops to try and get it to work according to my HR and people from UKG and nothing has worked. Trash, just pure trash. If I could give 0 stars I would.

So my company switched from ADP to this nonsense to save a few bucks. Nothing but issues ever since, and that’s not including the data breach last year. Do not recommend
No Side by Side Comparison

ADP has had a feature for years that allows you to see compare any two paystubs side-by-side so that you can see what has changed between them. UKG Pro doesn’t offer this basic functionality, which makes their app useless when you have paystubs with over 10 line items on each. Implement this!

If i can give a zero star i will. My company got this new system to clock in and out and request time off and i haven't been able to do none of that yet since the app is not working properly.
I guess I can't clock in or out.

For some reason, it doesn't let me clock in or out. The option for "Time" is there but it doesn't open or load a new window.

I used this for my job to help me know what hours I did on my time sheets. Then one day it didn’t want to work & it kept saying “loss connection”, “go to your company’s hr” etc. My boss is getting tired of me telling them to change my time & im tired too. So please fix or update the app!
Can’t sign in when I need to

Sick of the error messages telling me to try again. This app used to work but they updated it and now it’s garbage that has no use. Thanks devs you guys are killing it.
