Was only allowed to log in ONCE ! Chganed my password multiple times and still cannot access my account. Reached out for help from the app and all they told me was to talk to my HR department of my job because there was nothing they could do even my HR department can’t help me access my account so now I’m stuck using the bank I don’t want to use because I cannot login to change my direct deposit information. Horrible app, horrible system, horrible employees

I use this to do some quick checks on my paycheck and time off. It would be sooo helpful if we could do time management and time punches from the app. We have to do daily time punches and add some line items in management. It is very cumbersome to have to use the desktop version for this. Everyone uses their phones and it’s easy to select the wrong thing with the micro text. So if it’s possible to utilize the app, I know a whole bunch of folks that would greatly appreciate it!

1 start can’t access anything after last update on iPhone 6s Plus iOS 15.2 Try to deleting the app to start fresh but I still couldn’t go through the app keeps asking and said my password don’t work while I can access on safari and chrome websites with same credentials. On the other hand I couldn’t mark for a day off on the web sides. Hope they take care of this soon 10/19/21

Requires a security code texted to your phone every time you log in, requires a separate app to see your available paid time off balances, requires a third app to interface with Kronos and see your punches.

Just started work for a company that unitize this app and it’s absolutely atrocious. It’s taken me a week to merely get logged in, I haven’t even used the app itself for work, but based on this initial impression I am sure it’s going to be horrible. Once an employee has signed their work contract, which includes timesheets, email, and employee ID there should be no further barrier for them to login to the app. It’s not my contract supervisors responsibility to clock my hours or aid me in login an app. The process should work seamlessly, with little need for go between, or contacting HR to use an app. Other companies exist that are far better with less hassle and nonsense. For employers I would recommend looking at those to save money and increase productive. Time spent trying to login to a garbage app, use a garbage app, or talking with others to fix a problem with using a garbage app is productive and money lost.

I’m sorry but this app is trash I have to change my passwords because it doesn’t recognize it and when I do it says username password still not found y’all have done nothing to make it better judging by these reviews and I’m the most recent . Please how hard is it to fix it like use your phone your buddies phone and try to long in
