I had so many problems with this app when my company switched to this. Not user friendly
Crap servers

Servers are down FREQUENTLY. Can’t even check my schedule half the time... Update to review: not so shockingly after updating, it’s still crap, and servers are still down half the time or more. I’ve seen multiplayer games created by just ONE PERSON run better than this app that has an entire team behind it. Update again: Servers still down, can’t check schedule when I need to. Embarrassing.

Horrible time keeping app it is down a lot Also you waste 3 to 4 minutes trying to punch in and out. This is response to developer I’m sorry but you go back months in the reviews and you see the exact complaint.so this should of been fixed months ago also why do we have to retype our email each and every time to log in? It is time consuming.
Not user friendly

On the App and on the website it makes you login and then click on Time Clock to open before you can even clock in. A LOT of days we have issues with the Time Clock page opening and we can’t even clock in or out. I’m not on this site 3-4 times a day for pleasure I’m on it to clock in and out. Access to the time clock should be first thing you see. It drives me crazy that you have to open an additional page to clock in or out. At lunch today it took 3 minutes to open the Time Clock page to be able to go to lunch. It’s frustrating and just a waste of time.
Company Access Code Retention

When I first discovered this application, I asked at my work & was given the related Company Access Code & thereby enjoyed the functionality of this app. Unfortunately, kept no record of that code, mistakenly presuming that my personal account data would be maintained through app updates. This is obviously not the case & I’ll again request this information from my employer. This time, I’ll record that information separately so that I can maintain my account access despite application updates.
Won’t let you log in

Some times I work early mornings and it won’t let you log in. It says no companies available. Does this a lot
Fails to Allow Login

I have no issue logging in to my program on the desktop. Its only the app. The username, password, and security question answers are all correct. But for some reason or another, I can’t login to the app.
