I use uber quite often and I have appointments that I use this app for weekly. I have been waiting for WEEKS to use the “schedule a ride” setting that’s supposed to be right next to The where to bar and guess what? It’s not there. I have had several times where I am late to where I need to be because for some reason I don’t have access to this setting. I have had to resort to scheduling my rides an hour ahead of time just to make sure I make it to somewhere that’s ten minuets away on time. This is ridiculous. Please fix.

UPDATE: I had raised a request on the following issue on Uber help, but the issue was marked as resolved without even informing me about the steps taken regarding it. However, the app is still asking me to pay the pending amt, so how is the issue resolved? Just very eager to close the tickets is that it ? Please respond. P.S. I have been using ola since 4 days now, and I genuinely want to get back to Uber. But seems no one cares here. I completed my trip on Uber and made the payment with my Card, on 29/11/2017, still the app is showing me the payment as pending. However, my account has need debited in the name of Uber and clearly states a successful payment in my statement. Please check and revert on the same. Other than this issue the app is great.. but need fixes for navigations.

The Uber app is glitchy beyond comprehension. Costing money for both riders and drivers alike. I'm calling Uber support like every 2 rides! The GPS system is awful! Need update ASAP.

I'm going to keep this brief for those who browse reviews. Worst customer service ever. Pricing seems made up most of the time. My regular ride to work which should be 11-12 dollars was 25 just now. Opened up lyft and I'm down to 8 dollars. That alone is cheaper than normal. I'm tired of the ride fluctuating so drastically when I see the same amount of cars on the map as usual. My morning commute also changes which confuses me since it should always be the same estimated price everyday if there's no surge in effect. Horrible horrible scammers.

After a night out for a friends birthday, I ordered an uber to drive us 9.6 miles. I was charged $162.37. The app said it would only be an $11 trip. I contacted Uber and their customer service is just a complete joke. They won't give you a number to talk to someone directly and instead have you email back in forth with multiple people who don't seem to have a full grasp on the situation. So far, I have only been refunded half the money and I'm still waiting for a response to when I'll see the other half. Also! One of my trips showed up as only being $11.45 in my uber app; however, my bank account app showed a charge of $12.37. I know this is only $.92 difference, but it is after an overcharge of $150. Why is this happening? Why aren't they charging correctly?? To top this all off, Uber overcharging me by $150 caused me to be late on my rent bc I won't see the money returned to my account for 4 to 5 buisness days. So far I only have half of it. This has been a disaster. I do not want to use Uber ever again. I honestly feel scammed. And uber hasn't even tried to recognize my incredibly disastrous experience. I now feel like this is just a terrible buisness.

I started using Uber and I loved it, the prices were good and always on time. Lately the prices have shot up 10 or 15 dollars for a 3 mile ride. I started using Lyft. Way cheaper. Get your s@?! together Uber.

You should have a contact phone number, the help option in the app doesn’t even give me any option related to my problem, the driver and I have been a hard time, not using uber ever again.
