Can this service be used by non truckers and non professional to deliver smaller Loads locally that might fit in the trunk or Back seat of a sedan?

I'm a truck driver with 4 trucks, MC/DOT# and it says I don't qualify, what do I need??? Edited: problem solved, great app!
