It’s amazing app since you give me a backup option and logos for the account, but if you would give another option that allow me to upload my own logos for some websites or account, because almost all accounts will be with same logo. Thank you again

I signed up, and somehow the email address listed on my account is from some email I received in 2018 from an online vender(P12637-user@ blank.com). I have tried to change the email address, but it keeps sending a verification request to the current email address(which is not real) listed as described above. No way to contact Authy that I have seen, and the help section of their App and website says nothing. So maybe they will read this and tell me how to fix this. Or I will delete this and stay away from anything to do with then.. we’ll see.

Used it on RockstarSocial club for Microsoft and it was unclear and useless in giving me a verification code.
You can’t get the acc back if you don’t remember the code

I was trying to get on discord and then bam it’s showing (you need a authy code) I was like what and I added every code I remembered and tried even using the 8 character code but I couldn’t remember and now I’ve wasted 30 mins looking at the page for forgot password and it said they didn’t keep it that’s the reason I put 1 star plz add a way to get a code back or change it

The app requires a phone number, making it vulnerable to SIM hijacking. Other apps don't require a phone number at all.
