Improper buttons

I was having a difficult time using the “ok” button. The arrows worked fine, but the ok button did not work at all. Therefore the remote app was unsuccessful for me.

Remote sees tv but fails to connect. Sony. Don’t waste your money on this app. Support sends email stating follow directions. Done that. No other support given. Pure rip off.

I did the 3 day free trial and thank god I did, so I could cancel it before being charged. I downloaded this app and it didn’t take long to find out that it does not work on my Vizio tv. Spent my $30 on an actual remote rather than a jank app.
