The volume doesn’t work nor does the mute. Oh yea, the off button is non-functional as well. My tv was on when I miss placed the remote and started using this app. So I’m not sure if it will work to turn it on. I’m not a stranger to being my own remote control, but, I put the dang thing a place that makes the controls hard to get at. United we stand, divided we fail!

I have a roku tv and this remote never connects to the tv. Every time i try to Use it i have to unplug my tv and plug it back in then turn the tv on and rhen the remote works and God forbid the app refreshes then i have to do the whole thing all over again. If you have a roku smart tv, pay attention to rhe app you are downloading. Just get the free roku app and it works like a charm also did I say it’s FREE! This app is $20. What a scamm?

I’m convinced this is a fake app that harvests information when you allow it to connect to your television and network.

So my TV remote no longer works but I downloaded this so I could use as a replacement. Before you can use it you have to have your original remote so you can give this one access… totally defeats the point. Useless.
