At least a third of the time show listings aren’t accurate. Kinda defeats the purpose of using it. It’s never been this bad since I started using it.

It has been a relief that the full screen audio video ads are gone (or maybe I have been lucky of late as I use the app only sparingly any more), but please stop hijacking the guide with “features, top content, gallery, ...”. Every few lines, there’s HUGE photo content that takes up the entire screen. I use TV guide to see what is on and already have to scroll endlessly to find things in this 1200 channel listing ... so please stop taking up my data and time with this needless advertised content I will not watch.

Malfunctioning AGAIN!!!!

Just this afternoon the TV Guide app started malfunctioning by dropping all my saved favorite stations! So now when I try to see what's on, I have no idea because there's nothing in my favorites listing. I tried a number of times to select my favorite stations, but the app kept rejecting them! This current app is a major pain...it's unusable!

App update on Aug 6, 2016 needs an update. Won't hold any of my tv shows!! I add and they just delete one by one!! Worked yesterday. Today nothing!! ??

This app was handy, even if it was just very basic, but now it's garbage. It now makes me enter my favorite channels every time I open the app, and that will only work for about a minute before it deletes everything and shows 4 random channels that I don't even get! It's pretty pathetic at this point. I hope they fix it.

Once again, when it works it's great but when it doesn't, it's worthless. Now it just fails to load and tells me I have no channels set up. I've rebooted but that doesn't seem to fix the problem.

Updated 09/09/2016. I give this minus stars. It doesn't work on my iPad or iPhone. The app downloaded per request, and at first I was blown away. The graphics are eye-catching, and the trending of shows keeps me in the loop. I channel surf if there's nothing I want to watch on my favorites. But it won't load menu items on command. So the update gets two stars. The update should add new features, not tinker with successful features (as previously posted). Revised: it's working great. I guess I jumped the gun. It has an issue with loading future viewing programs, app crashes instead of completing request, and the indicator symbol for alerts. I upgraded from 2 stars to 4 stars. One issue I'm not sure belongs to the app, my carrier, or my Apple devices. The program list does not update with the current time every time. Consequently, the last page loaded reappears instead of a new listing with the correct time. This is different from the error that occurred in the earlier versions. The app would attempt to update the listing (spinning wheel), but wouldn't load the programs for the current time. Revised again- I have IOS 9.0.2 and the app still freezes or crashes. Downgraded to 3. Revised again-I've lost the ability to view past airings of programs and move forward in the timeline. Downgraded to a 2. Revised again-Can't add favorite channels on my iPad. Downgraded to 1. Revised again- Now I lose my favorite channels and must add them again. And I can't review my alerts nor set new alerts capturing the same program on different channels consistently. Back again-it won't load a 14 day schedule for TCM, without constantly rebooting my iPad. I wish the app would let you search beyond 24 hours in the past of a viewing channel. Can't see alerts, so I set up multiple alerts for the same program. New issue-Program schedule can't be read clearly. Names run into each other. Boy what an app. And it continues, it won't load, or better yet, can't find my favorite channels. It doesn't get better with time...

Very Frustrated With This App

I cannot open the app. It keeps continuously "loading", only to then send me a message that I must "sign in". Upon "signing in", I receive the message"Error", telling me info I entered is incorrect. I KNOW the info I've entered is CORRECT. Very disappointed. Very frustrated.

Horrible! Fix this STAT!! so many kinks, no support whatsoever, PITY! Fix this!! I used to use this everyday... Nomore! All the write ups/descriptions are skewed and you can not read them, not all but many! FAVORITE CHANNELS KEEP DISAPPEARING AND UNABLE TO LOG IN
