When I first got this app, it was very helpful. It even has the specific apartment complex I live in, which provides cable. It was about 90% accurate with some channels switched around or completely different but it was right for the most part. However, months ago, our cable provider updated & added channels & moved them all around. This TV Guide app has not updated so it's completely wrong now. 100% not useful.

Keeps track of all my favorite shows so I always know when they’re on. Shows all my favorite channels too.

Pop up Ads are horrible and hijack your screen. So bad I’m going to have to remove app!

I love this app but have been unable to sign into my account, I continually receive authentication errors so setting alerts, etc is out of the question.

So I upgraded to this latest version and much to my surprise I can scroll down to and reveal the provider listed under the antenna section but, when I let it go that selection in the antenna section scrolls back down leaving only he Antenna header visible. So obviously I can’t make that selection. Making this version of the app useless to me. This is ruining my experience with an otherwise great app. I use this on my iPad this phenomenon happens in both portrait or landscape mode. I am using iOS 11.0.3. Please get this fixed.

It has trouble on my phone. I open it and began searching the listings and it closes on me. I wish they would repair this problem.

Update November 2017: The new normal is: “There’s currently no summary available for this program” In fact TVG can’t even be bothered to end sentences with periods. Still it’s marginally functional and saves favorites, but good luck getting useful details about what you might want to watch. I’ve encountered the same “nothing to see here” message so often lately it seems like all there is for content notes on many entire channels, forever (okay the last few years, and reviewing data for past shows is impossible). Update June 2017: The app has stabilized somewhat; I'm sure that I wasn't alone ranting about its issues. What mystifies me is the belligerence to ignore thousands of willing-to-buy users like me who want an ads-free version. It's quite distracting to use this app for one stupid reason: the ads take like 15 seconds to load; they flash and change images erratically. Imagine if you were a teacher with 50 students in a classroom... and if every time you wanted to interact with the students, you were faced with four of them jumping in your face shouting "Teacher I need to go to the restroom, now!!" It's like that: you would give up teaching. This is not the only program listings app. It may be the best one for now, but keep ignoring your users and bye-bye. Since likely all that is on your radar is "cash money now", do the math: if ads-free is $5 and 2 million of us opt for it, how much actual money do you lose--while respect for you improves because you respect our wishes? Previous comments: I used this app on my iPhone 4 for about a year (2014), then last month I installed on my iPad 3. Now it is a disaster on both devices, and its "owner" CBS Interactive refuses to answer my support request emails. It is ad-laden TRASH now that does not save more than a few favorites, and randomly highlights ONE random channel at top, out of sort order. There may be millions of us willing to pay for a decent app, but none is available! Shame on the keeper of this. One star.

I was getting multiple notifications for the same show & sometimes some from an earlier time. Now I’m not getting any at all.

Bad app design. Can’t scroll all the way down to select antenna broadcast. The spring effect looks fancy while scrolling but not practical.
