l like the bear but this is a bear to connect. My vpn has to be reinstalled constantly and connections are often slow or not able to. It doesn't seem to trust my trusted network. l have to turn it off to connect anything.

I have used a bunch of vpn servers. TunnelBear has worked better for me. I am usually out of the country and most of the others really don’t totally disguise that I am out of the country. Problem is that a lot of sites will not allow connections from outside the USA. I have not had the problem with TunnelBear. I have used Norton Vpn and the sites often realize I am on a vpn and block me. It also happens when you try to log into local tv channels you pay for in the states, no problem with TunnelBear.
So glad I found this!!!

I’ve been looking for a free VPN I could use until I found one to purchase and I think this is it. I’m so glad someone recommend TunnelBear to me!

I have been using this app for a year now and can say that it is really good! The reason I started using this app is because it CAN be free. I was on a free VPN frenzy, anyway the one problem is that there is such a small data (500mb). I know that there is options to get extra data, but that still dosnt make that big of a difference, it only gets you 1mb (well one of them not sure for the other one). But even when it’s out of data, it still protects your phone, and it’s still reliable.

Whatever you did with your latest update 15 Jan 2021 is when I updated latest version has totally messed the VPN up. It doesn’t work for more than 10 seconds no matter which country I switch to and it gets stuck..... wth?! Fix it!!!!

give it a try i’m sure you won’t be disappointed. a lot of these free vpns aren’t free like they say they are but tunnelbear is exactly what it is free and that’s why i continue to use it for my phone and PC
