This app is amazing!

I’m not one of those bots that people send to comment on their app saying stuff like “ Oh wow guys this app is the best please download it” no I’m a real person that is saying that this app is truly one of the best VPN service you can get.

The ease of use is what drew me to TunnelBear, but the speed is amazing. My work VPN can slow my connection down by half, whereas TunnelBear barely touches my speeds. It’s a great app and does the job securely and efficiently.

I have used Tunnel Bear now for 6 months. It works, unless you leave the App running and close your phone. When you come back, and then try to go online, the app has frozen you out of the internet. You have to disconnect the App and restart it. This gets to be annoying. (As an aside, this rarely happens when running the program on my laptop.) Can only give it 3 stars.

Pathetic. The problems with this app aren’t Apple’s fault. The billing issues? Same. Totally on the TunnelBear side. This used to be a great product that earned all the stars. Now shopping for replacement. I tried to just ride out the glitches but now they are every day.

This is probably the worst VPN in the market. It doesn't by pass anything. I find Hola (Free) working better. No media app is fooled by this VPN. none. Update: still ineffective and the app developer's response to this rating was paltry. Update 10/2021: I dumped this app for NordVPN. It was a year of frustration while subscribed to this app. I thought I was being unreasonable then I got NordVPN and that has been wonderful. Do yourself a favor and get NordVPN or nay other thing aside from this horrible app.

I keep having issues with it shutting off or flipping on and off and causing my phone problems. Not sure what the issue is but it is annoying. Please fix it.
