I loaded the app to use in the future. Closed the app. Then, the next day I received notification that I was out of data???? Weird because I didn’t use it. So, IS TUNNELBEAR A SCAM?

Usually works well but has enough instances of not working / disconnecting that it interferes with smoothly using any app or the internet or even contacting someone in an emergency.
